3As are delighted to have recently supported both Freeth Cartright (lawyers) and Bentley Jennison (auditors and financial advisors) in the presentation of a seminar to senior representatives of the FE sector on entrepreneurialism held at the North West Development Agency in Warrington. The seminar was introduced by Steven Broomhead – Chief Executive of the NWDA and both Di McEvoy Robinson and Peter Marples of 3As LLP played a leading role in discussing with Colleges the importance of workforce development to their future growth aspirations and importantly how they could drive forward performance in this crucial area. The seminar was very well received and will be followed by a further seminar in October to be held in Birmingham.

3As LLP have completed a number of significant strategic reviews of employer engagement strategies for colleges. A large Midlands College saw its’ review completed over a condensed three week period, the outcome of this review is already influencing the College future strategy and strategic direction and 3As continues to support them in searching for a leadership team and developing new models of working.

Following significant growth in our operations, 3A’s are delighted to announce the appointment of two new partners to the business, Emma Hainsworth and Vicky Moran. Both Emma and Vicky join the business at an exciting time of our development and will immediately be assigned responsibility for a number of our growing client base.
