People are our key asset
Aspire Achieve Advance Group Limited (3AAA) is one of the fastest growing training providers in the UK.
Established in 2008 by Di McEvoy-Robinson and Peter Marples, the business today has over 180 full time staff and a turnover approaching £17m for 2012/13. Peter worked previously as a senior Partner with KPMG and Di was Chief Executive and Principal at a large Further Education College.
Their shared knowledge of working across the learning, skills and education sectors for over 25 years each, has enabled 3AAA to respond to businesses and colleges and to bring new ideas to the sector – adding value and most crucially creating over 2000 new jobs within SMEs and Micro businesses in the past few years. The majority of these have been for 16 – 18 year old apprenticeships.

However, our work over the past few years has also involved significant work with national companies within the logistics, health care, manufacturing, retail and recruitment sectors. Most recently we have developed some new work with offering employment focused opportunities for unemployed people wanting to develop new skills and move into new careers.
“ We are extremely proud to have created so many new jobs and opportunities for young people wanting to earn whilst they learn and for employers seeking to recruit new blood into their workforce:”
Di McEvoy-Robinson – October 2012.

3AAA is a dynamic, experienced training provider with a focus on the delivery of excellent client service to our customers through quality delivery, responsiveness and partnership. Our history over the past few short years has seen the organisation grow from 2 employees working with one College to an organisation with over 180 permanent employees and relationships with significant numbers of Colleges.
“Working a public/private sector model which delivers outstanding results for apprentices and employers is something that we are delighted to celebrate. Our awards event at the House of Lords was clear evidence of the high quality achievements of our apprentices and the commitment from our employers and colleges:”
Peter Marples – April 2012.
We are continuing to grow and diversify into new apprenticeship programmes and we are running a pilot logistics offer for National logistics companies during 2012/13. This new product offers young people an exciting opportunity to enter a growing industry, where they can develop into the managers and leaders of the future by following a career path through their apprenticeship.
As we continue to grow and develop our business we would be delighted to talk to you about your needs and as Directors of the company we would ensure that we meet with clients and colleges personally.
