3aaa Apprenticeship

Joe Crees is a Digital Marketing Apprentice who has recently completed his Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with the 3aaa Middlesbrough academy.
After being out of education for some time, Joe was keen to refine his knowledge and get back into education, learning new skills. Before joining the 3aaa Middlesbrough academy, Joe was in full-time employment, so an Apprenticeship was the most practical way of getting back into education, and still receiving a salary.
After researching Apprenticeships and looking to go down this route, Joe attended various interviews and meetings with multiple training providers, establishing who could help him gain a qualification through high-quality mentoring and training in the workplace;
“3aaa stood out to me for several reasons. For starters, they are a national company with a great reputation, their interview process was professional, whilst at the same time making you feel comfortable and they demonstrated an eagerness to find me the right employer to work with, which was refreshing.”
During his time at the academy, Joe was supported by the 3aaa Middlesbrough team, “The 3aaa staff were always very welcoming and were always interested in your progress in the workplace.”
The classroom instruction that is delivered in our state-of-the-art academies, equips our Apprentices with the technical knowledge and skills, both specific to their job role and about the profession they are entering, that can be applied in their workplace, promoting personal and professional learning development and growth.

Joe started, and completed his Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with MyFirmsApp, an App development firm in Darlington. After the successful completion of his Apprenticeship, MyFirmsApp recruited Joe as a full-time employee.
