We’re ecstatic to announce that we have been named as Provider of the Year at the 2015 Apprenticeships4England Awards.
This award is the latest in a string of great things that have happened to 3aaa so far during this fantastic year. Starting with our Grade 1 Outstanding from Ofsted and continuing with the opening of numerous Academies across England which has meant that we now place an average of 90 young people in life changing jobs every week, the decision by the judges to recognise us as Provider of the Year is great reward for everything that we have achieved…and there are still five months of our year to go!
These awards, now in their 3rd year, recognise excellence in Apprenticeship delivery and employment by both providers, such as 3aaa, and employers. They are fast becoming ‘the’ awards that recognise the great work that is being done across the country to get more young people into Apprenticeships and ensure that they and their employers have an excellent Apprenticeship experience.
Speaking about this success owner and co-founder, Peter Marples, said ‘This is a great reward for all of the hard work that has been put in by the 3aaa team over the last year. The passion that we have as a company for Apprenticeships flows through everything that we do and I’m delighted that the judges have recognised this passion and the impact that it has on the lives of the people that we work with through these awards’.
But 3aaa isn’t resting on its laurels. With six new Academies opening before the end of the Academic more young people and employers in more towns and cities across England will be able to benefit from the unique Apprenticeship experience that 3aaa provides.
Di McEvoy-Robinson, owner and co-founder of 3aaa, who joined Peter in collecting the award, said ‘This has been a fantastic year for 3aaa and this award is the icing on the cake. When Pete and I started 3aaa we had an ambition to be the best at what we do. The number of young people that we get into jobs each week makes us the biggest, our Ofsted inspection confirmed that our quality is Outstanding and now this award confirms us as the Provider of the Year’.
You’ll now find a 3aaa Academy in Bedford, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Croydon, Derby, Guildford, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London, Maidstone, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Northampton, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford, Peterborough, Reading, Sheffield, Southampton, Tamworth, Warwick, Watford and Worcester.
Academies will soon be opening in Basildon, Bradford, Gloucester, Stoke, Swindon and York.
