Founded by Peter Marples and Di McEvoy – Robinson in 2008, 3aaa places a huge emphasis on employing high-quality, industry-experienced staff which means that we are able to deliver market leading Apprenticeship programmes that are developed with a focus on providing industry led skills and experience.
Our main focus as a company is to offer young people life changing opportunities, providing an excellent Apprenticeship experience for both our Apprentices and their employers. We specialise in providing Apprenticeships to young people in the three key areas of everyday business; IT Accounting and Social Media.

In 2010, 3aaa saw a demand for Technology and Accountancy Apprenticeships as employers looked to recruit new channels. We now support over 2000 young people into sustainable employment in careers with great opportunities for career progression. We are proud to boast excellent success rates in all of our sectors and are recognised by a number of third parties for the quality of our programmes.
As specialists in the delivery of Apprenticeships in IT and Social Media we understand the challenges that small and medium sized companies face in sourcing, recruiting, training and retaining young people. We work with our employers to make sure that Apprentices have an immediate impact on their businesses and will form their pipeline of future talent.
In 2013, 3aaa introduced a brand new Apprenticeship for Social Media and Digital Marketing. This recognised the employer demand for this qualification in a world full of ever evolving technologies and fast moving industry. This new skill set is integral within the work place as companies exploit the business benefits of Social Media.
3aaa’s rapid growth into one of the largest private training providers in the country has been recognised by a number of employers and organisations as a great solution to develop and grow a highly talented workforce. We currently run our Apprenticeships at 17 academies across the country with this number set to increase to 21 as we further expand in July.
