3aaa Apprenticeship

Saul Haycock, a recent completer of the Level 4 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with the Worcester 3aaa Apprenticeship academy has shared some heart-felt feedback on his journey as a 3aaa Apprentice.
He started his career in Digital Marketing in March 2015 and has since gone on to exceed expectations in the workplace and is now starting university with relevant qualifications that will excel him to build a highly successful career in Digital Marketing.
Saul commented on his 3aaa Apprenticeship journey;
“I was completely overwhelmed and pleasantly surprised with the farewell I received from 3aaa Apprenticeships’ Worcester training academy, including the lovely card and great presents. It was really thoughtful of everyone and I appreciate it immensely. It is sad to be leaving but during my time as a 3aaa Apprentice I have made loads of friends, achieved two great qualifications which have opened the door to University and I have found what I want to do for my career. I owe a massive thanks to 3aaa Apprenticeships for playing a big part in where I am today. I’ve learnt if you put in the hard work and have the right people around you then good things will come.”
Samantha Ellis, Academy Manager at 3aaa Apprenticeships’ Worcester training centre adds her comments;
“Saul is a highly motivated and ambitious young man who has been an exceptional Apprentice with excellent timekeeping and attendance both at Academy and work. He produced high quality work throughout his Level 3 and Level 4 journey completing both qualifications early. He is polite, professional and a true example of the high-quality candidates 3aaa Apprenticeships prides itself on developing.
When he originally enrolled on his Apprenticeship journey, he began with another provider who let him down badly, putting him in an entirely unsuitable placement where he worked in a role that was a complete misfit to the qualification and therefore had to be bought to an end early. Upon enrolling with 3aaa Apprenticeship, he secured a job tailored to his skills and personality and was able to build the skills he would need to start a highly-successful career in Digital Marketing.”
