2017 may seem a while away yet, but 3aaa Apprenticeships are already preparing for the biggest week in the Apprenticeship world – National Apprenticeship Week.

Last year, we brought you the launch of Iam3aaa, which aimed to educate in depth how 3aaa Apprentices are at the forefront of the Apprenticeships and have become a pivotal part of their respective companies. Not only this, it enabled us to open up a platform for discussions about what makes 3aaa Apprenticeships the Outstanding training provider we are.

We want to use #NAW2017 to shout about how Apprenticeships are changing both young people’s lives and employers pipeline of talent for the better. Not only this, we want to further educate on how Apprenticeship reforms will benefit our programmes as of April 2017 and what these changes will mean to all parties involved in Apprenticeships.

This is the 10^th National Apprenticeship Week, which marks an anniversary worth celebrating. Over these 10 years, 3aaa Apprenticeships have grown from strength to strength, with several new ventures that have already taken shape during 2016, including National Construction Academy, providing Apprenticeships in the construction sector, the development of Apprentice Career, that aims to provide a holistic apprenticeship recruitment platform that doesn’t stop at just finding you a job and we have seen the launch of our first overseas Apprenticeship academy within the USA.
