It’s finally National Apprenticeship Week and we’re ready to help you get involved with Apprenticeships, whether it’s as a business looking to hire or as a potential Apprentice looking to start your professional career. As a business, we are constantly raising awareness of Apprenticeships and the positive effects that they have on communities across the country.

We’re hosting events at all of our academies across England over Wednesday 7th March and Friday 9th March, focusing on allowing those considering an Apprenticeship to learn more about us, our programmes and how we can get you get started, we are also giving employers a stronger insight into how Apprenticeships work and how hiring an Apprentice can benefit the output of your business. Event details are as follows:

How Apprenticeships Work – Apprentice Open Evening

During this evening, anyone considering an Apprenticeship will be able to experience our learning facilities, meet our trainers and find out what programmes we have to offer. Careers advisors will be on hand to talk about potential career options that are available and the Apprenticeship that might be right for you. They will also be looking at interview techniques, tips for CV writing and more to help you kickstart your career.

How Apprenticeships Work – Networking Breakfast

Starting at 8am, we’re holding a national breakfast networking event to help educate employers on how apprenticeships work for employers and how to hire your first apprentice. On hand will be employers that currently employ Apprentices through 3aaa so you can hear about their experiences with 3aaa and how an Apprentice has helped their business grow. Our team will explain how Apprenticeships actually work, the funding behind it, how little it could cost your business and the variety of programmes that we have to help benefit your business.

Refreshments will be available and there will be the opportunity to network with other local businesses.
