Since opening its doors in May of 2014, the 3aaa Bristol Academy has offered over 100 life changing opportunities to young people in the local area.
The team have worked closely with local youngsters to ensure that have had the full support as they embark on their Apprenticeship journeys. From interview and CV advice to matching the young people to companies that suit both their skills and personality, the team at Bristol offer the young people step by step support so that they can make an instant impact with their Employer and start their Apprenticeship positively.
As well as this, they have also created strong links within the community and built strong relationships with local employers. At all of our academies across the country, dedicated Recruitment Executive work with our partner employers to understand the requirements of their business and help them to select the most suitable Apprentice.
