3aaa Apprenticeship

The 3aaa Apprenticeships Levy Management Team hosted their third Apprenticeship Levy Breakfast Event this morning at St. Andrews, the home of Birmingham City Football Club. The conference was held to ensure all employers in Birmingham and surrounding areas, alongside our existing Levy club members, are aware of all the Apprenticeship Levy developments that are currently happening in the UK.
The conference was a huge success with more than 30 organisations joining our Apprenticeship Levy Management Team this morning and we have already had a number of employers talk to our team about their Apprenticeship Levy strategy. The feedback from employers was great and we are proud to confirm that 7 of the attending organisations have opted to work with 3aaa Apprenticeships Birmingham Academy to date, meaning they will get to see the benefits of hiring our outstanding Apprentices.
The morning started at 7.30am with refreshments, giving organisations the time to network with each other and to ask our industry experts Apprenticeship Levy questions.
The guests sat down for a presentation with Matt Elson, from the Levy Business Management team at 3aaa Apprenticeships, who introduced them to the Apprenticeship Levy. Attendees were given information on the latest policy updates such as the Apprenticeship System, how funding for non-levy payers will work and how employers can make the most of their Apprenticeship Levy funds. Levy Project Manager, Amanda Willis was also in attendance at the conference. She discussed 3aaa Apprenticeships’ service, including how our Project Managers help clients assess the learning opportunities within their business and advise them on how to maximise their Apprenticeship Levy return on investment.
