Apprenticeship?

There are a number of further education options available for your children that you may not even know about. University is no longer viewed as the only option for further education and Apprenticeships are experiencing a surge in interest. Here at 3aaa Apprenticeships we focus on the professional services industry and specialise in IT, Digital Marketing and Accountancy.

Apprenticeships are a great way for your child to gain a qualification in their chosen field whilst also earning money at the same time.

As the only Apprenticeship training provider to receive Grade 1 Ofsted Outstanding in all areas of first inspection, you can rest assured that we will deliver the same outstanding service to your child throughout their Apprenticeship journey.

Our service is personalised which means that every Apprentice will get matched into a job that is just right for them. We will work with your child to understand their interests and goals to make sure they get the most out of their Apprenticeship.

Our specialist teams around the country will provide your child with employability skills through CV workshops and interview coaching to make sure they start their Apprenticeship journey on the right foot.

STEP BY STEP

Our Apprenticeship process

STEP 1

Research
Apprenticeships

Discover what an Apprenticeship could offer your son or daughter at 3aaa Apprenticeships.

STEP 2

Encourage your child to
join Apprentice Career

Once your son or daughter has chosen their career, encourage them to sign up to ApprenticeCareer to see what vacancies are available in your location.

STEP 3

Attend an
initial meeting

Your child will attend a meeting at their local 3aaa Apprentice Academy to create their CV and get advice on which Apprenticeship is best for them.

STEP 4

Find their job

Using ApprenticeCareer your son or daughter can search available vacancies. Whilst they are doing this, our staff will work behind the scenes to promote them to potential employers.

STEP 5

First rung on the career ladder

Once your son or daughter has started their Apprenticeship, they will learn everything they need for their future career.

STEP 6

Throughout
the course

Throughout their Apprenticeship, your son or daughter will attend Academy days as well as receive assessor visits.

STEP 7

Apprenticeship
Graduation

Once your son or daughter has completed their course they will graduate with the relevant qualification for their course.
