What is the
Apprenticeship process?

Your local 3aaa Apprentice Academy will contact you to arrange a meeting to get to know you and what your business needs. We pride ourselves on our personal relationships with our employers, so you can be assured that we will take the time to understand the needs of your business and the specific job role you are recruiting for. 

Once you have found the perfect Apprentice through our match and fill process, our team will then meet you again to complete the final contracts. After that, the process is complete – it’s as easy as that!

STEP 1

Identify your
business needs

The first step is to identify your business needs. If your company is looking to grow with entry level staff who will grow with the business, 3aaa Apprenticeships can help.

Once you have contacted us at ApprenticeCareer, one of our expert staff will contact you to discuss your vacancy and how we can help you fill it.

STEP 3

Meet one of our
members of staff

One of our team will explain our ‘match & fill’ process and discuss your vacancy needs so we can find the perfect Apprentice for you.

STEP 4

Place your vacancy on
ApprenticeCareer

Once we have the details of your vacancy, it will then be posted on ApprenticeCareer and promoted to ideal candidates.

STEP 5

Meet your new
future workforce

You will interview a range of handpicked candidates recommended for your business by our team.

STEP 6

Hire them

Hire your Apprentice. Your Apprentice will require day release to the academy and assessor visits.
