Our Level 3 Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship Standard is designed to equip your Apprentice with the knowledge and skills to develop as an Infrastructure Technician within your business. They will learn how to support your business IT needs by identifying both operating and hardware systems both saving time and money on outsourcing.

Industry Recognised Qualification
Upon completion of the course, your Infrastructure Technician Apprentice will receive a vendor accredited qualification from Microsoft or CompTIA whilst gaining eligibility to apply for the register of IT Technicians confirming SFIA Level 3 Professional Competence.
Your Infrastructure Technician will be awarded with BCS accredited Knowledge Modules covering the following topics: Networking and Architecture, Mobile and Operating Systems, Cloud Services, Coding and Logic and Business Processes.
Training And Mentoring
This Apprenticeship will last 15 months, with your Infrastructure Technician coming into your local academy during the initial stages of the programme. Your local academy will work with you to establish the timetable for your Infrastructure Technician's academy sessions.
After completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship your Apprentice will then have the opportunity to progress onto Network Engineer Level 4
