20% Off-the-job Workshop to be delivered at our next Levy conference at Wembley Stadium

‘Removing the Fear’ – 20% Off-the-job Workshop

During the afternoon session of our next Levy Conference, 3aaa Apprenticeships’ Co-Founders, Peter Marples and Di McEvoy-Robinson will be delivering a 20% off-the-job workshop, aimed at helping our partners demystify and gain a better understanding of the policy.

There is currently a lot of public confusion surrounding 20% off-the-job, with many employers and providers believing that it should be changed or removed. Peter and Di will be on hand to clear up this confusion, using an interactive, round-table style workshop to go through a range of different scenarios, ensuring that the workshop is relevant to your organisation. They will also discuss the benefits of quality teaching and learning and how 20% off-the-job can positively impact your organisation.

The Levy Conference will be held at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday 15th May, themed ‘A Year in the Life of the Apprenticeship Levy’. Register your place by clicking here today and avoid disappointment as spaces are limited: https://confirmsubscription.com/h/d/E19D9B6972AEF215

We are also delighted to announce our final two speakers for the conference.

Phil Barnfather, Talent and Development Director at Levy Club member, Greencore will be discussing their Apprenticeship Levy journey so far, both from an Employer’s perspective, and that of the Apprentices.

Mark Novels, Head of Awarding Organisation Compliance at AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) will also be speaking to guests about our partnership, the AAT programmes and how their end-point assessment works in more detail.

Phil and Mark will join previously announced speakers, Mark Dawe, Chief Executive of AELP (Association of Education & Learning Providers) and our very own Group Chief Executive, Peter Marples, in what promises to be an insightful and informative day.
